We work with local farmers and ranchers to provide the freshest and most wholesome ingredients for our menus. Whenever possible we purchase locally raised meat, poultry and dairy. The Chateau is operated by the Oregon Caves Outfitters- a part of the Illinois Valley Community Development Org. A Non- profit org. working to improve econmic and social conditions.
