Nostrana

The short description of Nostrana is "rustic Italian food cooked with wood fire." Our goal is to create delicious food, simply prepared, using the freshest of local ingredients. Approximately half of the menu will be Neapolitan style pizza, cooked in a wood fired oven, and other dishes will be prepared on a charcoal grill and rotisserie. Sample dishes will include roasted meats with salsa verde, rotisserie poultry seasoned with a dry rub, and other pasta, antipasti, salads and soups. The goal is to recreate a roadhouse atmosphere with an informal setting to enjoy good food and wine with friends or family.
