Newman's Fish buys directly from fisherman and processors. Newman's operates it's own retail market and supplies over 30 of the white table cloth restaurants in Portland. Newman's delivers six days per week. Newman's also operates it's own smokehouse, using only Ocean Troll Chinooks and smoking with natural hardwoods. No preservatives or nitrites are added to our products.
