Lake Chelan School District

The Lake Chelan School District has approximately 1300 students in Pre-12. We serve breakfast, lunch and an after school snack program, and also a night school program which we prepare dinner for. Our school district was one of the 25 chosen for the pilot program of the Free Fresh Fruit and Vegetable Program that began late fall of 2004 and runs until December 31, 2005 in Washington state. This program is being utilized at our grade school building which is K-5. We offer a large variety of both fresh fruits and fresh vegetables every day to our students.
