Cooking School Teacher
I teach cooking classes both privately and at In Good Taste Cooking School that focus on local and sustainably raised food. I'm always developing new menus and have the advantage of reaching an audience who will also want to purchase your product. Ideally, I would want to work with farmers who also sell at Farmer's Markets and/or have mail-order or other pick up options so that there is a place my customers can find your items after experiencing them in class. I only teach about once a week, so I don't need regular deliveries, only special promotions and "featured items" around which I can build menus. The classes are usually published at least three months in advance. I am open to any kind of produce or meat and would love your input on way to use it.
