Finding the perfect partners can be a challenge.  This site will continually evolve to make the process of matching buyer to seller just a bit easier.  Simply visit the search page and in a few clicks you'll be able to see a a preview of the audience for your product.  Buyers may explore farms by location, agricultural practices, minimum order requirements and specialty products. Sellers may find the perfect placement for their products and perhaps most importantly important contact information and preferred receiving schedules.

The Guide to Local and Seasonal Products

The Guide to Local and Seasonal Products serves as a veritable yellow pages for local food producers and buyers who know they need to find one another to serve up the freshest, healthiest, and best tasting food possible. Listings are available in an annual print version and are also editable online.  To date, this site hosts over 600 records of farmers, ranchers, fishermen, chefs, retailers, institutions, caterers, and other food buyers.

You can search the Oregon and Washington Guide, register, and update your record online at any time.

As always, the 2007-2008 Oregon and Washington Guide was created by Ecotrust’s Food & Farms program, Chefs Collaborative (National and the Portland chapter), and the Washington State Department of Agriculture (WSDA).

The printed version  of the 2007-08 Guide to Local and Seasonal Products (for Oregon and Washington) are available for $20 each and can be purchased through Ecotrust.
